Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Same Day Leadz ("SDL"), which is owned and operated by Boop Portables, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (doing business as "Same Day Leadz"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Company

The Services are provided by Boop Portables, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Same Day Leadz. References to "SDL", "we", "us", or "our" mean Boop Portables, LLC.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We use Clerk to authenticate users and manage roles and permissions.

Use of Services

• Do not misuse the Services or interfere with their operation.
• Respect RLS and data-access constraints. You may only access data you are authorized to view.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Leads and Transactions

• Lead details are provided to help operators assess and accept jobs. Acceptance forms a direct arrangement between you and the customer.
• Lead availability is not guaranteed. SDL may reassign or withdraw leads at our discretion.

Payments

Payments may be facilitated through third-party providers. You agree to comply with all applicable terms of those providers. Fees and payout timelines will be disclosed where applicable.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use Supabase to store application data and Clerk to manage authentication.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including content, logos, and software, are the property of SDL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• Interfering with security features or RLS policies.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SDL disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted and will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date."

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
