SDL is owned and operated by Boop Portables, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (doing business as "Same Day Leadz"). The Services are provided by Boop Portables, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Same Day Leadz. References to "SDL", "we", "us", or "our" mean Boop Portables, LLC.
What We Collect
- Account and Profile: name, email, phone number, company affiliation, role, and authentication identifiers provided via Clerk.
- Lead and Operational Data: lead details, assignments, status changes, notes, and history stored in Supabase.
- Usage Information: device/browser data, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: used for sign in, session management, and basic functionality. See “Cookies” below.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users and manage roles and permissions.
- Route, assign, and manage leads and lead history.
- Communicate about accounts, updates, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Services or as required by law:
- Service Providers: We use Clerk for authentication and Supabase for hosting our Postgres database and Realtime features. We deploy on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Operators and Companies: Lead details are shared with assigned operators and company administrators as part of the core service.
- Legal: We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SDL, users, or the public.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, and as required by law. We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics and service improvements.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
